Utility Blocks

A grab-bag of standalone quality-of-life blocks — lighting, water, roads, farm automation. None of them need UC power.

Pedestal

A crop-growth accelerator (not a display stand). Right-click it holding an Accelerator Clock to seat the clock on it; once loaded, it repeatedly nudges crops to grow in a 9×9 area around it (radius 4) — 27 growth attempts per cycle at an 80% base chance (scaled down for higher-tier UC crops). Right-click again to take the clock back. Works on UC crops, vanilla crops, and modded crops.

Sink

An infinite water source. Right-click with an empty bucket to fill it (and right-click with a water bucket to empty it back to a bucket) — endless water without a source block. Crafted at a vanilla table (returns your water buckets):

Big Torch

A wide-area light. Emits light level 15 and fills the surrounding air with light out to about ±14 blocks horizontally — one torch lights a large space, killing mob spawns without a forest of torches. Walk-through (no collision).

Lantern

An even bigger light — it projects the Big Torch's lighting pattern from four points, covering roughly ±33 blocks from center at light 15. The go-to for lighting a whole base or cavern from one block. Unlike the Big Torch it's a solid block.

Drill Placer

Right-click the placed block to deploy a rideable Drill — a tunnel-boring vehicle. Drive it and it breaks the blocks it moves into (stone, ores, dirt, gravel, etc.) and vacuums the drops into its own 27-slot inventory. It's fire- and damage-immune. Crafted at the UC Workbench:

Tractor Placer

Same idea as the Drill Placer, but deploys a rideable Tractor — an auto-harvester. Drive it across a field and it reaps mature crops in a 3×3 swath, pulls in nearby dropped items, and stores the yield in its inventory. Crafted at the UC Workbench (identical to the Drill Placer but with a diamond hoe):

Asphalt

A speed road. Walking on it grants Speed II (refreshed as you keep moving), so paved paths make travel much faster. Crafts 8 at a time. Bonus: right-click it with a block to camouflage its look (asphalt / grass path / grass / dirt / cobblestone / stone / gravel).
